How do I order?

Place your order by filling out our Catering Request Form, or calling/texting us directly. We’ll confirm your pickup date and time.

Where are you located?

Currently, we operate from a central kitchen in Brazoria County, Texas and will soon be on the road with our food truck.

When will the food truck launch?

We’re preparing the truck now and expect to start serving at local events and neighborhoods within the next few months.

Do you offer catering services?

We specialize in brisket, ribs, and sausage smoked low and slow.
